Norm contributed greatly to Pacific Bioscience Laboratories (Clarisonic) for more than a year by utilizing a wide range of skills: strategist, planner, executive, organizational developer, and a human being. Norm has a natural skill of seeing the inside game of effective organizations, and helping people raise their awareness and develop their skills. PBL is now a much better run company through Norm’s strategic planning and organizational development processes.
