Eldec has made significant strides in the past two years in defining critical strategic issues and framing responses to them, guided by the expert hand of Norm Levy. Norm’s personal skill at framing important questions and facilitating teamwork among key executives, each of whom enjoy considerable autonomy, has been a major contributor to our progress in formulating future direction and strategic plans. As a result, market strategies have been refined, organizational structure changed and succession planning begun in earnest. I expect that Norm Levy will continue to be a part of our planning process as new critical issues emerge.
