Norm’s seven-step process for strategic development with a focus on simplicity worked extremely well. He has an appropriate balance between substance and process and an acute awareness of what techniques work best in a given situation to get at the heart of an issue. He demonstrated a great deal of flexibility in modifying his approach to meet our particular circumstances. He was particularly adroit at helping us weave some of our preliminary strategic efforts into the larger framework. I have no doubt about Norm’s ability to greatly enhance our strategic developments.
