Cinnabon has been growing at the rate of 25% annually. Norm Levy has provided counsel on matters of strategy and organizational design, and has facilitated our formulating long-term direction. He was able to quickly gather and analyze the growth symptoms we were experiencing, and propose a process by which we could not only solve our current problems, but position the organization for continued growth and success. This provided us with clear focus and consensus on long-term direction. Norm has been our constant guide and advisor during many months of reorganization.
