Your role as facilitator was the ‘something extra’ that was needed to ensure we stayed with our published agenda and pursued the overall objectives of the conference. You did a nice job of keeping the various personalities and politics of the group in check; yet, you were able to encourage debate when it was necessary to hear both sides of an issue. Now that our 1991 budget has been approved, we are able to move ahead with implementation of many of the recommendations that surfaced at our retreat. Overall, Norm, we were quite pleased with our experience.
