Within a few short months of when we first started working with Norm Levy, his well-focused facilitation enabled us to reach internal consensus on corporate direction and make some needed organizational changes. This undoubtedly would have taken us a much longer time without his help. Under Norm’s continued strong guidance, we have implemented a new executive structure, improved the effectiveness of our Board, and developed our strategic vision.
