In the Pacific Northwest, Norm Levy is known as a business strategist, retreat facilitator, guest speaker, author, CEO and entrepreneur. He brings to his clients more than thirty years experience in corporate strategy and organizational development.
Seasoned Executive
Mr. Levy has served as Founder & President of Strategic Development Corporation for more than 25 years. He has also served as Chairman and CEO of Ansyr Technology, CEO of Loctronix, Chief Administrative Officer of CourtLink, Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Seafirst Bank, Vice President of Organizational Development of San Diego Federal, and Management Consultant with Touche Ross.
Guest Speaker
As a member of the National Speakers Association, Mr. Levy has served as a guest speaker at the Federal Home Loan Bank, University of Washington, Financial Executives International, and numerous professional organizations. He has conducted workshops on “Corporate Strategy for CEOs” through American Electronics Association, Washington Software Association, and Washington Bankers Association.

Norm's new book, The Seven Questions of Business Strategy: Focus Your Intention and Grow Your Business, provides strategic insights, concepts and tools for entrepeneurs, executives and board members.
Continuing Education
Norm earned his MBA at Cornell University and BS in Engineering at Rutgers University. He has also taken post-graduate courses at Syracuse University, University of Pennsylvania –Wharton School of Business, University of Michigan, and University of California - San Diego and Los Angeles.
Professional Organizations
Mr. Levy has served as President of Planning Executives Institute, President of The Planning Forum, and was awarded Outstanding Member of the Institute of Management Consultants Pacific Northwest Chapter. He is a member of National Speakers Association, Northwest Entrepreneur Network, National Association of Corporate Directors, and Washington Technology Industry Association.
Community Involvement
Norm is the founder of the Issaquah Lacrosse Club and served as its first president and head coach. He is a former Assistant Scoutmaster for a Boy Scouts troop in Bellevue, Washington. He also served as president of his community association in Issaquah, Washington.

Family
Norm and his wife, Denise, live on Lake Tapps at the foothills of Mt. Rainier, in what Norm desribes as his dream home and personal retreat site for his closest clients. Their older son, Jordan, is pursuing his masters degree in Anthropology while their younger son, Avsean, is earning his degree in civil engineering.
